Overview
These terms govern access to V0 Visualizer and related pages or APIs.
By using the service, you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice.
Service nature
V0 Visualizer is operated as a hobby project. The service is provided as-is and may change, pause, or end without guaranteed continuity.
No uptime, support response, or feature roadmap commitment is promised unless explicitly announced in-product.
Eligibility and age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If local law requires a higher age, that higher threshold applies.
Acceptable use
- Use the service for lawful personal or community use.
- Respect Last.fm and other provider limits and terms.
- Provide accurate data when interacting with account-linked features.
- Use community features without abuse, harassment, or spam.
Prohibited conduct
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping at abusive scale, or bypass of security/rate controls.
- Do not use the service to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
- Do not upload or distribute harmful content, malware, or deceptive material.
- Do not impersonate others or manipulate community metrics unfairly.
Third-party dependency
Core functionality depends on third-party services such as Last.fm, linked-account providers, image infrastructure, hosting services, queue infrastructure, and production monitoring providers. Their availability, terms, and policies can affect your experience.
You remain responsible for complying with third-party terms when connecting external accounts or using linked features.
Account keys and security
If you store optional personal API credentials through supported settings, or if you link supported external accounts, you remain responsible for the security of those third-party accounts and for credential rotation in the relevant provider portals.
The service may store linked-provider token or session material server-side so connected features can work, and the current implementation stores that material in encrypted form.
The project operator can suspend, restrict, or remove access when abuse, legal risk, or security concerns are detected.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
The operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss from external provider changes, or losses caused by third-party outages.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or removed for policy violations, security incidents, abuse prevention, or legal compliance reasons.
Service features may also be retired or reworked as part of normal hobby project maintenance.
Governing law and venue
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your jurisdiction.
Contact and updates
Questions about these terms can be sent through the in-app feedback flow for signed-in users. If you cannot access that flow, use the public community Discord channel listed in the product while a dedicated public legal contact channel is not yet published.
Updated terms are published on this page with a revised effective date and version.
These terms are intentionally scoped for a hobby project and should be read together with the Privacy Notice.
