- No spam, harassment, or abuse
- No unauthorised access attempts
V0 Live rooms
- What you post in a room (chat messages, GIFs, queued tracks) is visible to everyone in that room.
- Room creators and moderators can remove content, mute, or ban members in their rooms; I can moderate anywhere to keep the site safe.
- Chat messages and DJ play history are part of a room's shared record — if you delete your account they stay but are anonymized (see Privacy Notice).
- Video playback runs through YouTube's embedded player and the YouTube API Services; by playing or queueing videos you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service. Google's data practices are covered by the Google Privacy Policy: google.com/policies/privacy
- Badges (developer, beta tester, hearts, stars, crowns, gems) are purely cosmetic — no monetary value, no purchase, and they can be changed or removed at any time.
Content you share
- Chat messages, room descriptions, banner/cover images, events, and Wall of Fame posts are yours; not posting unlawful content or content that violates others' rights is your responsibility.
- By posting content you grant a free licence to store it, show it to other users, and keep it as part of shared records like room history and the yearly archive — anonymized (stripped of your identity) if you delete your account.
- Content that breaks the rules can be removed without prior notice.
- Copyright notices: if you believe a work of yours is being shared without permission, send a notice describing the content and your ownership to the e-mail address in the Contact section. Notices are reviewed and justified ones lead to removal; repeat infringement can lead to account closure.
Suspension and termination
Your account can be suspended or closed for rule violations, security risks, or abuse — with a warning, or without one in severe cases. You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Notice, data requests). The service as a whole may also shut down at any time; personal data is then handled per the retention rules in the Privacy Notice.
Dependencies
Core features depend on the Last.fm API; V0 Live playback depends on YouTube, with Spotify used for track verification and Giphy for chat GIFs. If any of these services change, your experience changes.
Liability
Offered as-is and free of charge. Outages, data loss, errors, or third-party issues can occur; no liability is accepted for indirect damages arising from them, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Mandatory consumer-protection rights stay unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes. Rights you hold under the mandatory laws of your own country stay unaffected.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; meaningful changes bump the updated date and version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current terms.
